Also, you could just drive! You can drive from Ireland to Australia if you want, ya know! Get the car ferry to Holyead, drive to Dover, get the boat to Calais, drive across europe and into Asia, drive to south asia somewhere and possible get a boat somewhere that'll take ya to oz!! simple!!

They're not that bad anymore, well Airfrance were good anyway and Virgin are ok, but Virgins Economy section is worth upgrading to premier or Upper Class if your doing a Longhaul, the seats don't give you much room to disco dance in...where as upper has beds

Ye we flew over with Qantas from London to Bangkok. I think it was 14 hours. They let us on the plane at the front and we had to walk through all the first class/business class seats before finally getting to the end of the plane to the economy seats. I swear they only do it to show yuo what ur missing in the hope you'll upgrade!
Even during the pre-flight they're like "...inflatable lifejacket located under ur seat...or if ur in business class, its located at the side of your luxury electronic reclining seat, next to your free champagne dispenser, under the call button for ur personal masseuse, just passed ur free chocolate and ice cream bar....not to be confused with the regualr bar with free beer and cocktails and champagne. To inflate the lifejacket...."!

We also flew BA from bangkok to Sydney. think that was 14 hours as well, or maybe 8 hours. cant remember. wasnt as good as qantas. but they did the same thing with the 1st class walk thru....bastards!

Usually you walk through Business on larger hairyplanes, singapore air is said to be really good especially if your travelling towards singapore on the Airbus

that airbus flies over my head a fe times a day. We're right beside the airport so we get them maybe a few hundred metres over our head. Noise off them. Actually the A380 is quieter than the A320 and the 747. its a huge fucker though!!

Yeah mum went on the A380 to Singapore, she said the economy was like Business class on there really roomy etc...should be the size of it!

Sounds good. I'l most likely be on one flying to LA. and then possibly from there to london. Obviously i'll be on ryanair or soem crap from london to dublin!

lol well the plan was to initially go on june 15th. but coz im doing work in the outback and gonna be travelling around Australia this year, it might be a bit difficult to get the funds. I might still go next xmas though. We'll have to see!
