This is pretty funny actually.
A mate of mine put this video up on his facebook, then i saw it plastered all over the news as if it were serious news!



So what do you think? time traveller, using a mobile phone? OR old bird scratching her ear?

In my opinion, its a total non-issue here. First off, there was no infrastructure for phones built in 1928! They need a local antenna within a few kms, which beams the signal into space, where it latches onto a satellite and then gets beamed down to the phone company's headquarters, where its fed into advanced computers, processed, then beamed back up to space, and sent down to the nearest "cell" to the person on the other end of the phone.
Its more likely he/she has red rope licorice in their hat and they're chewing on that as they're walking. or at MOST, they've a walkie talkie.

Though in all likelihood, whoever it is is just scratching their head tryin to remember where they parked the car, or if they turned the stove off! Then they stop and think "Oh blimey, I've forgot to lock me front door!!" or something like that.
