Who here still plays Quake III Arena?

Classic game. The single player is OK, but it comes into its own on the multiplayer where you can have a big gang of players blowing teh sh*t out of each other! Theres nothing more satisfying than blowing the hell out of that guy you hate with the rocket launcher from across the map!

A lot of people complain about the rail gun, but i dont see the problem. Its accuracy is terrible, and reload is even worse! you have to go miles out to use it properly coz if u use it in close range, ur gonna get fragged. simple as.

Quake 4 has been released since, and Quake Wars, which is a mix between Enemy Territory and Quake, but theres still something about Quake III arena that I like!

Played 4 and a trial of Enemy territory and both I have to say were kak!

The original game was far better for it s day. clotrophic tunnels couldnt see shit and when you did you didn't want to anymore ha ha ha

ye, it was pretty much like Duke Nukem, except better. Square monsters/germans comin at ya from all angles!!
