Here is a video of something that happened here a few days ago in Melbourne.

A mother with her baby waiting for a train, let go of the pram to tighten her belt. She wasnt looking and the buggy rolled onto the tracks just as a train came along.

The baby was dragged 30 metres but somehow survived with only a bump on the head.

He was discharged from hospital the very same day after only a few hours. Police say he survived because he was strapped in!



Crazy stuff! A mothers worst nightmare. This came a day after police launched a campaign of awareness for pram safety on train platforms!

Apparently she has been emotionally affected by this, as you would expect, and has calls from Oprah Winfrey about an interview!
