Sandra Bullock has been named worst actress of the year at the Razzie Awards, a day before she attempts to win an Oscar for her role in The Blind Side.
The actress was given the dubious ‘honour’ of worst actress for comedy misfire All About Steve at the awards ceremony that celebrates the worst efforts of Hollywood that year. However, she's in the running to land an Oscar this Sunday as well – meaning if successful, she'll be the first performer to have won a Razzie and an Oscar in the same year.
While most 'winners' refuse to turn up to the annual ceremony, Bullock showed her good-humoured side by appearing on stage, saying, "Thank you for ruining my career with a very bad decision."
She also threatened to read dialogue from the film till "four in the morning".
Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper were also named worst screen couple.
Summer blockbuster Transformers was the big 'winner' of the night, landing awards for worst picture, worst screenplay and worst director for Michael Bay.
The Jonas Brothers were honoured in the worst actor category – while Sienna Miller and Billy Ray Cyrus landed the worst supporting actress and worst supporting actor award respectively.
