Its a Pilsener. I've never made one of these before. The instructions said they recommend using dry malt extract, but all I had was Coopers Brew Enhancer 2. Also, I mixed in a cup full of caster sugar, on the advice of the homebrew shop guy. I also used bottled water mostly, apart from 2 litres ...

With all the news about the Titanics anniversary, I stumbled across this article, detailing the lives of some little known sportsmen onboard, most of whom survived. There's even one of them who got their actions that night included in the Titanic film.
Its a short, but interesting read.

I saw an article on this today.

Google are currently working on augmented reality glasses that a person can wear, that allow for users to access maps, video calls, appointments and messages via the eyepiece. They look a bit like Geordie LaForge glasses, but a little cooler, and apparently they'll be coming in different styles.

I dunno exactly how they'll work, with regards to needing a constant high speed internet connection. I would imagine Google ...
