To create a domain:-
* Using the Windows interface
* Using a command line

Using the Windows interface:-
1. Open POP3 service.
2. In the console tree, right-click the computer_name node, point to New, and then click Domain.
Where?
* POP3 Service/computer_name
3. In Domain name, type the name of the domain to be created, and then click OK.

Using a command line:-
1. Open Command Prompt.
2. Type:
winpop adddomain_name
