I can across this video, which is basically of a sport that seems to be a mashup of all the best sports to create a new super sport!

My Greatest Sport of all time is Swimming. Swiming is best sport provide very good health benefits. Swimming is also an effective form of fat-burning exercise. Swimming does exercise almost the entire body, heart, lungs, and muscles with very little joint strain.

ams, nah its real. its starting to get really big in the states. I think its coz its actually really competitive as well being easy on the eyes! ;)

Yeah it's incredibly intense the way they tackle!! How come they don't have any bruises on them tho!!

No idea. It is the only readon I'd ever considering getting Hi-Def for a sports channel though....;)
