like i understand its important to know ways to solve maths equations but i still don't know the reason for all the programming... although in my research i.e googling for my last assingment i found c++ programmes that solve sudoku :lol:

lol well there ya go. u could be a sudoku solver. its actually pointless makin them sort of programs. like what the point in gettin a game of sudoku if ur computer is gonna solve it for ya anyway!! the whoe point is to do it urself!

yeah i know..anyway you'd have the thing solved by the time you input all the numbers and let it compile!!
let me know if you come up with any other amazing functions for c++..i may actually learn how to properly use it then!!

yeah but to use it to that you would need to find out if the lottery is rigged or not..
if it is you would have to look at patterns of the past numbers and work out the algorithm they use to pick the numbers, if its not rigged the best you could do is create a random number generator and hope for the best!!
Actually in the actuarial tables i use in college to work out mortality etc they actually have a section on the sequence of lotto numbers!!

oddly enough, that time i was in cork the lotto numbers were bein drawn from in front of that theatre by the river. was bein broadcast live from there for some reason, musta been coz of the jazz festival.

lol i also saw a homeless man on that bridge wearin a lotto hat sayin "What a lot a little lotto can do...". i laughed.
